These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and rides placed via this website. By placing a booking, the customer fully accepts these terms.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to every agreement between the customer and the taxi company. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing. The customer is the person who places the booking or on whose behalf a booking is placed.

2. Bookings and prices

All displayed prices are fixed prices, including 9% VAT, and apply as shown at the time of booking. The price may vary depending on the selected vehicle type, number of passengers, any night surcharge and the selected route. A booking is only confirmed after payment is completed or, for cash payment, after the ride is accepted by a driver.

3. Cancellation

When a ride is cancelled by the customer, 10% of the total ride price is withheld as administration costs. The remaining 90% is refunded to the original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

If the ride is cancelled by the taxi company (e.g. no driver available, payment error or price discrepancy), the customer receives a full refund without administration costs.

For round trips (outbound + return), cancellation is assessed per trip segment.

4. Payment

Payment can be made online via iDEAL, credit card or other offered payment methods, or in cash to the driver. For online payment, the full amount is due in advance. For cash payment, the amount is paid to the driver after completion of the ride.

5. Liability

The taxi company strives to carry out the ride at the agreed time and place. In case of delays due to circumstances beyond the control of the company (traffic, weather, road closures), no compensation can be claimed. The company is not liable for loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings during the ride.

6. Privacy

Personal data provided during booking is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR). Data is used solely for carrying out the booking, communicating about the ride and sending a review invitation. See our privacy policy for more information.
